Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Líquido, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple, clear, and stress-free.
1. Prerequisites for Return (Acceptance Conditions)
For your return to be accepted, the product must meet all the criteria listed below:
• Timeframe: The request must be made within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
• Product Condition: The product must be returned in perfect condition, exactly as you received it. This means:
• No signs of wear: It must not have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., hemmed, tailored).
• No scents or stains: It must be free of any odors, makeup stains, sweat, or any other damage.
• Tags and Seals Intact: It must have all original tags, labels, and security seals attached.
Please Note: For bikinis and swimsuits, the protective hygienic liner must be intact. Removal of this liner makes the item ineligible for return.
• Original Packaging: Whenever possible, return the product in its original packaging, including any pouches, boxes, and promotional gifts received.
• Proof of Purchase: The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
•Proof of Defect: Include photos of the defect and your order details.
Important: Products that do not meet these prerequisites will be reviewed and may be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Non-Eligible Items for Return
• Gift Cards.
• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
• Lingerie or swimwear items where the protective hygienic liner has been removed or tampered with.

3. Exchanges Policy
We only accept exchanges for defective products.
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 15 calendar days of delivery. Include photos of the defect and your order details. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. How to Request a Return
1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service at customercare@liquidointernational.com.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, the item you wish to return, and the reason.
3. Await Instructions: You will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the product back.

5. Refund Options
Once your return is received and approved, you can choose one of the following:
• Store Credit: Receive store credit for the value of the returned product, valid for 1 year.
• Refund: Receive a refund via your original payment method:
• Credit Card: Refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
• PayPal/Other Methods: Refund will be processed within 10 business days after approval
